Alma Llamas Flores, a proud Tustin resident, first-generation college graduate, and community leader, holds a B.A. in Legal Studies and an M.A. in Education. A passionate advocate for student success, she has advanced programming for first-generation college students and is honored to serve on the NHBWA board.
